You can search the name of the journal in the clarivate analytics master journal list search page to confirm whether the journal is SCI/SCIE indexed.

In terms of quality, both SCI and SCIE are the same. But some journals are open access and some are subscription based.

Duration varies from one journal to another. But the approximate duration is 45-60 days for acceptance and another 60 days for publication once the article got accepted.
